Sgeirea (Skerray) Gaelic meaning: ‘Between the Rocks and the Sea’….
Welcome to our home in Skerray, a remote crofting hamlet on the stunning north coast of Scotland. Whether you are looking for bed and breakfast accommodation, holiday let or delicious homemade cake, you have come to the right place.
We have a wonderful space here in the north highlands and enjoy sharing it with others. One of the ways we do this is by running various events and activities. At weekends, we often run a veggie/vegan pop up cafe (click here for a sample menu), dates vary, so why not sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page and like us on facebook as well as checking in with the website? We can cater for groups of up to 10 people for a private event as well as do occasional catering offsite, check out our catering page and contact Andy for more information (01641521728). We sometimes host other food events and run workshops. Lauren runs the Wee Wild Bunch in the woodland garden and local area. The Wee Wild bunch is a preschooler outdoor play project, click here for more information. The best way to keep informed is to join our mailing list (you can sign up on the website- just scroll down), like and follow us on facebook and/or send us an email. Please see below for some of our upcoming events!

Delicious vegetarian and vegan food cooked by a vegetarian chef. Come and join us for soup, wraps, meals (for example, morroccan tagine, spicy chilli, yummy pasta), homemade cakes, teas and fresh coffee. Eat well in good company, warm yourself by the logburner or sit around our lovely dining room table, or even in the garden if the weather is good! Breakfast options are served 11am-12noon. Perfect to visit before or after a stroll, a swim, a surf and to gather with friends and family.
Hi – the wreath is looking beautiful & what a lovely day we had – thank you both
Spent a lovely relaxing morning eating delicious breakfast and scrumptious cake. We could have stayed all day. Thanks Andy and Lauren for wonderful hospitality.
Came for cake but had much more- and a takeaway each! Fab food, great company and lots of fun 🙂
